• We believe in the importance of establishing a foundation of trust and understanding in therapy, and that initial sessions play a key role in building that rapport. During this time, your therapist aims to create a safe and supportive environment for you to share your experiences. The information gathered about you provides a comprehensive background that aids your therapist in understanding you and your goals better.

  • Individual sessions are 45 minutes.

    Couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes.

  • No. We’re here to meet your needs and support what feels best for you and your journey!

  • Alisa and Alisha can do in-person sessions upon requests and availability. Our offices are located in Downtown Brooklyn.

  • We use HIPAA compliant software for virtual sessions. Links will be provided to you once your first appointment is booked!

  • Our rates vary depending on which therapist you work with. We do offer a sliding scale. Full session fee ranges from $150-250.

  • We accept all major credit cards. Sessions are billed automatically 24-48 hours after your completed session.

  • At this time, we are not in-network with any insurance providers. We can provide super bills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • We offer free 15 minute consult calls prior to booking an initial intake appointment. There is no required commitment as we want your therapy journey to feel completely comfortable with your chosen therapist. If a therapist at our practice, doesn’t feel like a good fit after meeting with them, that’s okay! We are happy to work with you to find other referrals.
