Kyle Lee | 용현 (he/him) is a transracial, transnational Korean Adoptee who identifies as a gay, cisgender male.

Kyle grew up in Fresno, CA but recently moved to Seoul, South Korea. He is currently licensed in New York and California.

Experience: Kyle is a strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed therapist with a knack for creating meaningful connections and fostering resilience. Kyle’s journey in the realm of mental health has taken him through various landscapes, from adult day healthcare to hospice and school settings.

Kyle proudly holds a B.A. in Psychology from Fresno State. Taking it a step further, he earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with distinction from California State University, Northridge.

His experience includes a heartwarming journey in Adult Day Healthcare before venturing into Hospice Care. Here, Kyle held hands, offered solace, and created a space of comfort for those transitioning to the next chapter.

From Kyle: In the summer of 2022, I took a leap across the globe to the vibrant city of Seoul, South Korea, and joined the Seoul Counseling Center. I embraced the opportunity to provide mental health support, weaving a tapestry of resilience and empowerment in the lives of the global community.

Through these diverse experiences, I've cultivated a kaleidoscope of skills, from fostering connections in healthcare to offering compassionate support in challenging times. Each chapter has added a new layer to my ever-growing mosaic of understanding and empathy, and I look forward to continuing this journey of making a positive impact in the lives of others.

In the vast tapestry of my experiences, I've embraced the importance of cultural sensitivity, recognizing the unique narratives that shape each individual's story. My strengths-based approach empowers others to harness their innate capabilities, while my trauma-informed lens ensures a safe and supportive space for healing.
